"Libit-Ishtar the humble shepherd of Nippur the faithful husbandman or Ur, the one who does not forsake Eridu, the lord, the adornment of Erech, the king of Isin, the king of Sumer and Akkad, the desire of the heart of Ininni am I. When righteousness in Sumer and Akkad I had established, in Namgarum, that fortress of the gods, the house of righteousness I built"
