Trátase de las primeras obras del universalismo constructivo
hechas en Sudamérica. Ilustra el dinamismo del medio urbano condensado en pictogramas
arquetípicos esenciales colocados sobre la cuadrícula ortogonal. Aunque Ragni afloja
la rigidez estructural haciendo que los pictogramas y planos de color se
movilicen de un compartimento a otro. Más aún, sus símbolos siguen siendo
orgánicos al impregnarlos de referencias hacia el mundo exterior, ciudad y
puerto incluidos.
