Description

This cream jug varies from most pattern molded examples, which usually have flat bottoms rather than a flared foot (see B.69.468). Fragments of cream jugs and small decanters with this unusual pattern have been found at the Boston and Sandwich site.

Related examples: An identical one at Toledo (Wilson 1994, p. 224, no. 255).
