The Botanical studies provide subject titles in English and Hindi, and have the red stamp of the Massachusetts Horticultural Society on each page, lower right.
The South Indian (Tamil Nadu region) studies of both mythological subjects and figures in everyday life activities, have inscriptions in Tamil and French providing labels or titles for each page.
