[1] Signed and notarized statement of ownership, provided by Phoenix Ancient Art to Frances Marzio, dated to May 30, 2005. According to the statement, the fragmentary sculpture was in a family collection for three generations in Switzerland since at least 1950, kept in storage. It was signed by a Swiss citizen living in Chicago. Notary details confirmed by Luca Vanetta on August 14, 2024 (Object File).
