Lowestoft Porcelain Factory

English, 1757–1802
LocationLowestoft, England
BiographyHistorically rooted and flourishing today. Lowestoft Porcelain started in Georgian times. 1757 saw the discovery of clay north of Lowestoft, which encouraged the first production of china in the east coast seaside town.

It flourished for 40 years and has been collectable since then. Current production blossoms in our workshops within yards of the original factory.

Lowestoft Porcelain was also sold in the city of London only yards from Goldsmiths Hall and Mansion House.
