Paper taped onto the verso sheet: "Picture introduced as evidence at the war crimes trial in Nuremburg, / showing destruction in Warsaw in the spring of 1943. Pictures were / in a report of an SS commander charged with the destruction of Warsaw's Ghetto and ridding the city of Jews."
Newspaper caption attached on verso: "Arthur J. Goldberg, upper right, will be chairman of panel looking into the / extermination of Jews in World War II; Seymour M. Finger will lead the re- / search. At left: Jews in Warsaw being rounded up by Nazi soldiers in 1943."
