epic battles inform the composition, the circumstances Dvir captures are
exceedingly contemporary. Here, the Israeli border police clash with Jewish
settlers as the police enter the West Bank settlement of Amona to destroy
houses deemed “illegal” by the Israeli Supreme Court.
