Inscription: The lithograph is inscribed in pencil, recto, lower left: "153/160". The lithograph is inscribed on the stone, lower left: "Chief Wets It. Assinnboine." There is a watermark in the recto, lower left corner of the sheet. There was a label (now in the Registrar's files) on the verso of the frame: "The Small Store / and Art Gallery / 2034 W. Alabama-Houston 77006 / 523-7237".
The lithograph is signed once on the stone, lower right: "Baskin / 1972", and once in pencil, lower right: "Baskin".
