See Lieure Callot watermarks no 61, associated with Callot’s Pont Neuf, state 3, published by Silvestre. Israel Silvestre inherited his uncle’s stock of Callot and della Bella plates in 1661. He dies in 1691. Lieure notes printings by Jacques Fagnani with this watermark. Fagnani bought the Callot and della Bella plates in 1699 from Silvestre’s estate. Given the Mariette date noted below he would have bought it when Jacques Fagnani printed it in 1699.
