All printed materials and all ads and/or boosted content depicting the artwork must be submitted to ARS for review and approval prior to any use; MFAH may not crop, edit or modify the Artwork (including, without limitation, animation or bleeding images to the edges) in any way; MFAH may not use content in a manner that is defamatory to any Artist, to promote violence or hatred, or in violation of any applicable laws, rules, ordinances or regulations; digital images of the Artworks shall not exceed 1024x768 pixels and 72dpi definition; there shall be no use of the Artworks in connection with or as any clickable icon or interactive media; and artworks cannot be depicted as being damaged or hung or placed in the incorrect orientation.
