Each print is inscribed in pencil with the date of production and artist’s signature.
Each print bears an artist’s seal and signature. Note that these vary significantly throughout the set as the artist changed seals (as they were worn out or simply due to style) as well as styles of signature. On a few occasions, such as during 1936, he also added the date to his signature. Each print also bears a title (usually at upper-left) along with a pre-printed date along one margin, with spaces left for the artist to pencil in the specific month and year of publication.
