Object Type
From 1977 to 1982, the artist Michel Szulc- Krzyzanowski was living out of a custom expedition vehicle in in Baja, California. His unique lifestyle inspired a series of playful, multi-frame works. In this triptych, the artist plays with perceptions. Each panel was produced with great care individually and over time. Yet, when they are combined, they are read as a single split second of levitation amid the sand and waves.
