Description

This tumbler, with its delicate pearlwork border, skillfully engraved arms, and gilded interior, is an exceptional example of a common form.

Technical notes: The body is a seamed construction. The cup's interior has been gilded, but it has not been established whether it was gilded originally or if it was done at a later time.
