DescriptionThe Houston Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta founded the Theta Charity Antiques Show in 1952. Naturally, Miss Ima Hogg was an early and enthusiastic supporter of the show. The Thetas responded by dedicating the 1969 show in her honor. An inscription on this coffeepot commemorates the event. The Thetas also then established a tradition of generous annual giving to support new museum acquisitions.
