.A -.L incised on recto with giant "X" across all blocks. .A-.L Each block numbered in red ink from "1" to "12" with diagonal mark at upper left corner (numbers correspond to numbers on frame). .M Frame numbered in red ink from "1" to "12" with diagonal marks at the locations on which the individual blocks rest (these numbers correspond with the numbers on the individual blocks .A-.L). .M Frame numbered in green ink from "1" to "12" at centre and along exterior of frame, as well as on mahogany braces (these numbers do not correspond with the numbers on the individual blocks). .M Frame inscribed in pencil at top center "TOP" and at bottom center "BOT". .M Frame inscribed on verso in pencil, top center: "LEVI 1000".
