Inscriptions, Signatures and Marks
On the object, there is a lightly incised and irregularly shaped Θ on the reverse in the corner nearest the smallest positive mold. This could be a maker’s marker or perhaps a indicating of the type/size of the positive molds for reference. Unclear when this mark was added, but it could be ancient based on similar incised marks.
